Do you accept single-piece orders? What’s the turnaround time?

Yes, single-piece orders are available on select items. Some can even be completed in-store while you wait, while others may take up to 3 weeks depending on inventory.

Do you offer rush services?

Yes! Rush services are available for an additional fee. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

What file types do you accept?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG/JPG files. If your file isn’t high-res, we can convert or clean it up for a small fee.

Do you provide design help or artwork cleanup?

Absolutely. Our team can help with design adjustments or cleanup. A design fee may apply depending on the project.

Can I use copyrighted or trademarked logos?

Only if you own the rights. We are licensed to produce North Union trademarked logos. For other logos, please confirm you have permission.

Can I bring my own garments?

In some cases, yes. But often, garments need to be ordered through us to ensure the best results. Check with us about your specific item.

What brands/styles do you carry?

What sizes and colors are available?

From newborn to adult 6XL—we’ve got you covered. Color and size availability may vary by brand.

What’s the difference between screen printing, embroidery, and DTF?

  • Screen Printing: Best for bulk orders with bold, vibrant designs.

  • Embroidery: Durable, professional stitching—perfect for polos, jackets, and hats.

  • Direct-to-Film (DTF): High-quality prints with fine detail, great for small or large runs on a variety of fabrics.

Which method is best for my project?

It depends on your design, fabric, and quantity. Our team will guide you to the best option.

Do you do names/numbers for uniforms?

Yes! We customize team jerseys, staff uniforms, and more with names and numbers.

How do you price orders?

Pricing is based on garment type, quantity, design complexity, and decoration method. Each order is quoted individually to give you the most accurate price.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit is required to begin production. The balance is due upon completion.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and more.

Do you ship orders?

Yes, we offer both local pickup and shipping. Shipping costs are included in your quote.

Do you deliver to schools, teams, or businesses?

Yes, we provide delivery within a certain distance. Outside that area, we can ship directly to you.

Can I reorder later?

Yes! Reorders are always welcome. Pricing may vary based on garment availability and quantity.

What’s your return or refund policy?

All sales are final. Please follow care instructions carefully to ensure product longevity.

How do I care for printed or embroidered garments?

  • Machine wash cold with like colors

  • Turn inside out

  • Use mild detergent

  • No fabric softeners or additives

  • Tumble dry low, remove promptly
